Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. For orders above $300, delivery will be free. Note delivery will only be made to local addresses within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island, offshore islands, military bases or other restricted areas).

Delivery lead time is 3-5 weeks from placement of order to delivery, as items need to be indented. In-stock items will typically be delivered within 5 working days (after payment has been received). Should your order consists of a combination of in-stock and indent items, your order will be delivered together only when the indent items arrive.
We take pride in making our lightings and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.
Once your order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots.
All orders are delivered during the following time slots from Monday to Friday: 10am – 12nn, 2pm – 4pm and 4pm – 6pm. Once ready for delivery, our delivery team will contact you to make delivery timing arrangements.
Kindly ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the package as re-deliveries are chargeable at S$50.
If you need to amend the delivery address, please notify us at least 3 working days in advance.
